1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Orders & Payment

• Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to our acceptance. We will confirm your order via email, and a contract or proforma invoice (PI) will be issued to finalize the transaction.
• Pricing: Product prices are quoted in the agreed currency (e.g., USD, EUR) and exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties unless explicitly stated.
• Payment Terms: Payment must be made per the agreed terms (e.g., T/T, L/C) as specified in the PI. Failure to make timely payment may result in order delays or cancellation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Terms: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, force majeure, or Buyer-provided incorrect information.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of damage or loss of goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customs & Duties: The Buyer is responsible for all customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and related fees in the destination country.

4. Returns & Refunds

• No General Returns: Due to the nature of cross-border industrial equipment, general returns or refunds are not supported after order delivery, except for cases of confirmed factory quality defects.
• Warranty Service: All products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt. Within the warranty period, we provide free technical support, remote debugging, and replacement of defective parts (excluding consumables and damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification).
• Damaged/Defective Items: If goods are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, the Buyer must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos/videos for verification. We will provide a solution (e.g., replacement parts, technical repair) at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, trademarks, logos, and content on our website (including "高利洁" brand) are the exclusive property of GaoLiJie Environmental Protection Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• The Buyer may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our products or intellectual property without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the arbitration commission in the place where our company is located for arbitration in accordance with its rules.
