Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping times?

Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies by destination: 7-15 business days for most international destinations, 3-7 business days for domestic orders. Express shipping options are available upon request.

How is the equipment packaged?

All Gaolijie products are shipped in reinforced wooden crates with custom foam inserts to ensure safe transit. Every shipment is fully insured against damage or loss.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to over 50 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us — we can likely arrange delivery.

What type of ducts can your robots clean?

Our robots handle kitchen exhaust grease ducts, HVAC air ducts, industrial ventilation systems, and municipal pipelines. Different models are optimized for different applications — check each product page for specifications, or ask our team for a recommendation.

Do I need special training to operate the equipment?

No. Every Gaolijie machine is designed for intuitive operation with a handheld remote control. Most operators are comfortable within 30 minutes of unboxing. We provide detailed user manuals in English, and video training is available upon request.

What maintenance is required?

Routine maintenance is minimal: clean the robot after each use, inspect seals and cables monthly, and lubricate moving parts quarterly. We provide a maintenance checklist with every machine. Replacement parts are always in stock and ship within 48 hours.

Warranty & Support

What does the warranty cover?

All Gaolijie products come with a 1-year standard warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty includes free replacement parts and priority technical support during the coverage period.

Can I extend the warranty?

Yes. Extended warranty plans of up to 3 years are available. Extended plans also include annual preventative maintenance inspections and discounted replacement parts.

What if a part breaks after the warranty period?

We stock all spare parts and ship worldwide. Most common wear parts (brushes, nozzles, seals) are priced affordably and designed for easy field replacement without specialized tools.
