Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders or large-volume purchases may require additional processing time — your sales representative will confirm the timeline at the time of order.
Shipping Methods
Standard Freight (Most Orders)
Our equipment is shipped via trusted international freight carriers including DHL Global Forwarding, FedEx Freight, and specialized machinery logistics partners. All shipments are fully trackable.
Express Air Freight
Available upon request for urgent orders. Air freight typically delivers within 5-10 business days to most destinations. Additional charges apply.
Ocean Freight (Volume Orders)
For multi-unit or container orders, ocean freight offers the most economical rate. Transit time ranges from 15-45 days depending on destination port.

Packaging
Every Gaolijie machine is packaged in a reinforced wooden export crate with custom-cut high-density foam inserts. Each crate is labeled with handling instructions and equipped with tilt and impact indicators to monitor transit conditions.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event that your equipment arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. For any delivery questions, contact our logistics team.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every machine we build. If your equipment arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we will ship replacement parts within 48 hours and provide remote repair guidance at no charge. If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will arrange a return or replacement unit.
How Returns Work
Industrial duct cleaning equipment is heavy, specialized machinery shipped internationally. Before placing your order, we help you confirm the right model for your application — this greatly reduces the chance of receiving equipment that does not fit your needs.
If you do need to return an item for reasons other than a manufacturing defect (for example, ordering the wrong model or changing your mind):
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization.
- The equipment must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Return shipping (including freight, insurance, and any import/export fees) is the responsibility of the buyer. We can help arrange the return logistics at competitive rates.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned equipment, we will issue a refund minus any applicable restocking fee (determined based on whether the unit requires reconditioning).
- Custom-configured units (special voltage, modified specifications, or custom paint/branding) may not be eligible for return — this will be clearly stated in your quotation before you order.
Warranty Coverage
All Gaolijie equipment comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, we provide replacement parts at no charge and free remote technical support. The warranty covers the main unit, motor, control system, and cables under normal commercial use.
